what should i say. This is not really a critique. It is more like an anthem for the greatness of this shot. I will start with one real critique point. I think there is too much plain sky in it. The top is rather boring because there are no clouds and the foreground seems to be a bit cut of. So I would have taken a bit more ground into the pic. This would have improved the DOF feeling.
Besides this it is a stunning shot. Wonderfull landscape, Wonderfull colors, Wonderfull framing. You nailed the best moment of the magic half hour every sunset has. The mountains in the background make this shot epic and give it a monumental feeling. I really like your approach here.
